1. Independent verification
Verification levels reflect our own checks of public and provided sources at a point in time. We distinguish 'listed' from 'endorsed' and never sell verification levels or ranking.
2. Data sources
Listings aggregate public sources (official sites, public business registries, customs and trade data, exhibitor directories) within each source's terms. Commercial data is used under license.
3. Managed-service liability
Concierge scope, SLAs and acceptance standards are defined per engagement. Standards are set by aixoem; local execution is via a vetted partner network; funds use third-party escrow.
4. Privacy
Email subscriptions require opt-in consent with one-click unsubscribe. We comply with applicable data-protection law including GDPR where relevant.
